Steve
has been in real estate since 1978 and purchasing and selling privately
held mortgages since 1983. American Equity Funding, Inc. was started
in 1987. However, Steve has been purchasing and selling privately held
mortgages since 1983. As President of the Corporation, he is the final
decision-maker for all of its transactions, from purchasing, collecting,
and finally selling the loan. For Steve, if there is a chance to make
a profit, he is the eternal optimist of the operations and will find
a way to make it happen.
